I am a female, 33 years of age. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I have shocking sensations in my body constantly, mainly my head. I have had 3 surgeries on my breast, removing lumps. Diabetes run in the family as does high blood pressure and cancer. What if any is this a sign of? I also have constant Headaches and trouble sleeping even with sleeping pills

If your blood pressure is still elevated this can cause Headaches and pain. The shocking sensation may be related to nerve issues as well, especially if they are shooting type pains that run down parts of the body.
I would recommend you talk with your doctor. If you BP is elevated that's the first place to start. Once your BP is controlled, if you still have symptoms you may want to talk with your doctor about other testing to help find the cause.
Best wishes.
