male 65 with diabetes, on dialysis, liver disease, conjestive heart failure result of past heartattack, NO valve bolckages. Was currently taking Pacerone.
My father did not take his dosage of pacerone the day he died and he had dialysis the same day could the missed dosage have contributed to his death?

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. In cases such as this it is very difficult to determine what caused the death. It may have been the missed dose of pacerone; however, it could have just as easily been something else.
Best wishes.
