38 years old 5'9 160 never taken any drugs and have not eten pork in twenty years

Panic disorder
My sister, mother and brother suffer from Panic attacks
no meds

In the past several years I have taken blood test. ekg's and they come out find funny the people started to know me at the ER in the past seven days I complain about ear ringing now thats 98% gone then my heart and many other things. I can't tell you any of those trip to the doctor I have ever had ANY pain only nervous and shaking and light headed feelings. Every doctor told me Panic attacks and after one doctor took my blood 4-5 years ago he checked EVERYTHING a blood test could check and said it was fine I still would not believe him. Can you tell me why
