Question: PE and MTHFR C677T mutation with normal homocysteine

I was dignosted with MTHFR C677T mutation with normal homocysteine and slightly positive d-dimer
I had a PE after flying 2 years ago.
I am 32, female.
I just lost a baby and had a Curtage
no family history of clot
Doctors are prescribing B6, B12, folic acid and Aspirin 325mg
Is this normal to take so much Aspirin?
Am I really at risk for blood clot?
