Question: low diastolic

Hi. I am a 23 year old male, college student and EMT, no medical hx aside from prostatitis. I felt a little dizzy today, nothing too bad, almost an anxious feeling accompanied by the dizzyness. I sat down on the couch and took my resting blood pressue twice within 15 minutes, and found it to be 98/40, and 100/38. I have an accurate blood pressue cuff, and my systolic usually fluctuates between 90-110. My diastolic is usually 60-80, and this 40 and 38 mmHg reading is very low for me. I auscultated my PMI, and did not hear any murmur, and I have never been dx with one. What can this sudden drop in my diastolic be indicative of? Should I see a physician for this? I feel fine, but this low diastolic is concerning to me. Any feedback on possible etiliogy, and what to watch for would be much apprecaited.
Best Regards,
FLAEMT
