The last six months I have grown increasingly fatigued, had more problems with shortness of breath, and notice that my arms keep “falling asleep” at night while I am sleeping. I am a 39 year old male who is very active and not over weight.

Hi Bbkoack,
Unfortunately, your symptoms are very nonspecific. They do warrant an evaluation to help figure out what is going on though. Possible causes include hypothyroidism, heart problems, and various viral infections, as well as a long list of other things.
Best wishes.
