6 DAYS AGO I HAD PAIN IN RIGHT SHOULDER THAT LASTED ALL DAY. SINCE THEN EARS R PLUGGED & RINGING AND I OFTEN HAVE SUDDEN PALIPITATIONS IN MY CHEST AND ALSO TIRE SUDDENLY....ARE THESE THINGS RELATED????

 Hi Gordon01,
I would recommend you see your doctor about this. Your symptoms are a bit non-specific but together they may be a sign of complications from hypertension.
This may all be unrelated but untreated hypertension can be very dangerous. It is definitely safest to find out for sure.
