Stress Echo reported mitral valve is mildly fibrotic.
Impression was Trace mitral regurgitaion and trace tricuspid regurgitation,
Is this normal. Should I request further testing.

Hi,
Trace mitral regurgitation and trace tricuspid regurgitation are almost always normal.
Some fibrosis of valves may occur as age advances. If you are on the younger side, there should not be any fibrosis.
