Question: Seizure/ cardiac arrest

MY 3YROLD HAD A SEIZURE AT 6 IN THE AM AND DIED FROM CARDICA ARREST AT 10;19
HE RECIEVED 30 MG OF VALIUM BY IV FROM 715 AM TILL 850 AM.
THEN HE STARTED CODING.
WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS THE SEZIURE OR THE VALIUM

What they thought the cause of the seizure was? Was Dylan otherwise a healthy child?
