Hi,
I am having pains litteraly in my heart. It is some sort of a chest pain but it feels muscular and I can swear it eminates from my heart. I have no shortness of breath, no other pains.. it almost feels like a throbbing muscle pain in my heart.

 Hi!
Did you visit your doctor? An EKG should be able to tell you if the pain is really related to the heart.
