I am experiencing pain on my rightside of chest upperside and towards center. When I take deep breath I feel it more. Otherwise it is constant little pain.
I do have history of consipation and from last one week I am having it badly. From last 15 days I am outside the country and have very different foods too and obviously not very much in time.
Kindly suggest.

Dear Farooque,
i think that this pain is most probably related to an inflammatory process involving the membrane surrounding the lungs. Could be related to viral infection that you had. Please, use over the counter pain medications such as ibuprofen and the like and see whether this helps the pain.
Thank you very much for using our website http://doctorslounge.com and i hope that this information helped.
