Question: pain under right rib

About two days ago, I woke up with pain under my right rib cage. It hurts when I breath in, and the deeper the breath the more harsh the pain. When I awake in the morning it is the worst. Even lying down in certain position aggravate it.
I am in a foreign country and would reserve going to the doctor only in true need.

Are there any other symptoms present besides the pain? Any recent illness? Any Nausea etc.?

nope no others pains..No illnesses either, or Nausea
