my roomate's mother is 55 years old ....these are her symptoms:Large amount of sweat , Dizziness, short of breath, Lightheadness ,chest pains, retaining water in her legs ,numness in her heads.. she suffers from high bloodpressure...some of her family members have diabetes and high bloodpressure..can you tell me what you think it might be that is causing this
please.

The first thing that springs to mind is heart disease! Probably diabetes, too with a family history! Get her to the ER!
