Assalamou alaikom
For like weeks now i suffer from sudden shortness of breath . i used to feel some pain in my chest but it is almost gone now also when i go to sleep or lay down on the bed i feel shortness of breath , my heart beat goes between 60 and 55 ... is this normal for a 17-year old guy? Please help.

If these symptoms are related to your emotional state as you have posted in a previous post then you should consult a psychiatrist. If however, it isnt then there will be no replacement for a thorough medical examination.
