I have pvcs and would liketo know about why i experience i fall asleepthen dive up needing air my heart pumps like mad then passes and i feel fine what is this?

Dear Healthy100,
Obviously, I cannot rule out something as dangerous as a cardiac cause for your chest pain over the internet, but according to your description this chest pain is probably not secondary to coronary disease. I think what you are describing is just a panic attack.
Please, try to contact your doctor to see whether or not a very small dose mild tranquilizer would be a good idea at this point.
