i am 28 yr old male I had cold few days back and sore throat after taking medications cold was fine and throat was better but still have some throat pain now there in blood whenver i spit i am really worried i have no previos medication but have a problem of piles

Most likely you have some inflammation remaining from your cold leading to the mucosal lining of the throat being easily damaged from coughing.
If the bleeding does not stop in the next few days or if it gets worse you should see a doctor for an evaluation.
