I have no idea what is going on with me.....once in a while over the past year or so I will cough up these little white things, they look like mini grapes in a bunch maybe 6 or 8 of them the group is like 1/8 to 1/4 inch across today it has happened 2x and they were full of blood any help?

 Can you give a little more detail about the clusters you cough up? Do they have an odor? What color are the "balls"? Do they actually contain blood or are they solid texture?
Do you have a history of smoking?
