Question: black spot on lip

one morning I get up and noticed their were some black spots on my lower lip, its been over a week and they are still their. what do I do? what is it? what caused it?

 Hello,
It is difficult to tell without direct clinical examination.
It is more likely to be of traumatic origin.
It is not a typical form of viral infection or STDS.
I advise you to seek direct medical consultation as it persists for a week.
