Question: can you help me with this problem, please? i got mess up

:( my ear had been burned 3 years ago, know it is geting recorvered, but at center of my ear, there is still a wound, my docodor let me use "Bactroban ointment" and "neosporin", and my mother give a chinese madicine which is i don't know the english name. but they are no useful, when my ear got recover, next morning the wound got bloody again, this always happening in 2 years already
some one would help me, please

I am glad that your ear is recovering. However, i must insist that there is no alternative to going to your doctor again. Tell him that the medicine didnt work. He will be in the best position to judge what is best for you.
