Question: Above average skin temperature

For the last five years or so I have had very escalated skin temperature. Whenever I have temperature taken at the doctors office it comes out normal 98.6, however I I produce an extreme amount of body heat. It has gotten so bad it has become uncomfortable for my wife to lie near me or hold my hand. I was just curious if there was any reasoning for this or it was just a natural thing.

Some people are wonderful heating pads, especially at night. Body heat and sweating was a sign that it was our son's bedtime and he still remains a heating pad to this day.

So people emit the heat, some of us can't take the heat. Unless it becomes uncomfortable for you, it shouldn't be a worry.
