Question: Red beauty mark

Hi

I'm a 25 year old female. Two years ago, i developed a tiny red beauty mark on my face right under my left eye lid. I never thought anything of it, until recently, i developed 2 more around the same spot, but they went away. Since these 2 have gone, i've developed more of them, but this time, they're on my body, not on my face. So for instance, i would get one on my hand, my stomach, neck, arm, but they would all go away.

Should i be concerned?

i would like to add that they look like blood spots and they are totally flat. They also don't itch.

I don't know if this is also related in any way, but my forearms and fingers have been trembling a little bit for the past few months. Things as simple as touching the corner of my eye feel very tiring to my arm and fingers. I feel like my hands aren't at ease when i make slow arm movements like picking up a cup.

Thank you very much for any input.
