Whats the best method for a faster recovery from road rash? Currently, Im leaving the wounds open and completely covered in Neosporin. Thank you

Really the best thing is to keep them clean and dry. Some people like using neosporin. I tend to recommend only soap and water because the neosporin can cause a contact allergy in some people.
Other than that, it is really a time issue. Watch the wounds for any that begin developing redness or increasing pain that may be a sign of a secondary infection.
