Question: Very itchy all over, small bright red bumps

Past few weeks I've been very itchy all over (esp. chest / underam / scalp / face) Comes and goes but more frequently than not. Also -same time noticed random small bright red dots - mostly on the chest and back. Nothing pattern wise but they seem to be where I'm most itchy. Treated for scabies but that did not change anything. No one else in household experiencing this. Husband looked and thought they did not look like any type of bite. I'm female, 28, not much skin problem history, don't get sunburned ......

User avatar I wonder if this is an allergy-related rash. Some people are sensitive to detergents, perfumes and other chemicals that may be present in fabrics, etc. Especially if you have changed detergents, soap, etc. I would be suspicious for this.

If it doesn't resolve soon, please see a dermatologist.
