Question: 3 year old son has strange red dot on nose

My son who is 4 next month has a red mark on the right side of his nose.
it is flat against the skin (you can't feel it if you rub your finger over it)
it is abit smaller than the end of a biro pen (not the nib end)
it has been there about 9 months or so
possibly getting bigger not sure but people are noticing it now
doesn't itch him or bother him at all he says

User avatar I don't know what this is and it is probably nothing to worry about but you need to see a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and to put your mind at ease.
