I am a 26 year old female and about 2 weeks ago i recently noticed small bumps on my chest. shortly after i noticed this, they began to itch. i recently went to my general physician, and she thought it was an alergic reaction and prescribed Allegra and Triamcinolone. since this visit, the rash has spread to my arms, neck and stomach. the itch is becoming unbearable and i am starting to get rather frustrated. i am currently taking a couple of medications (Sulfasalazine and Imuran) for Crohn's disease, but i have not changed any in a few years so i doubt the rash has anything to do with these meds. please help!

Hi Shannon811,
The rash you have may be due to an allergic reaction although I am more suspicious that your rash may be due to a viral infection.
If your rash persists or continues to get worse you should see your doctor again.
Best wishes.
