Question: ingrown facial hair in black men curly type hair

im a 36 yr old black male who suffers from ingrown facial hair on one side of my face never had this problem till almost a year ago .i had a beard and goe tee that grew evenly that i kept shaped up ....i didnt use any razors at all just clippers no problem now the hair gets trapped on one side bumps up even flakes of skin shows an open sore sometimes i can see the hair stretched out inside my flesh i would tweeze it out and same thing bumps over over again or i would dig into the flesh to get it sometimes i do sometimes i cant which left unsigtly scarring that makes me paranoid that people looks at now has spreaded is there any type of doctor antibotic strength creme without the time consuming trip and cost that i can get online or drug -store product that i can purchase to go back to the way i used to look please help very desperate

Ingrown hairs can be a difficult problem. You may want to try using a product with Salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (such as topical acne treatments) to try to exfoliate the skin a little and help the skin soften to prevent ingrown hairs.

If this is unsuccessful there are some medical treatments that would require a visit to the doctor (such as laser/phototherapy). Seeing a dermatologist would be the best option.
