i have sore red spots on my large toe and the toe next to it. they don't have any puss in them but are very sore. what are they and how can i get rid of them?

Hi Lauramorris,
I would recommend you see your doctor to have this evaluated. It may be an area of skin breakdown due to pressure on the area. It may also be a condition called dyshydrotic eczema. A contact dermatitis/irritation is also possible.
Having a direct evaluation is the best way to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
