my 2 year son has lumps on the palm of his right hand when his fingers are right out they turn red he also says they are sore and he is rubing them alot .

Hello, It is impossible to say for sure without having a doctor examine his hands but it could be a contact dermatitis or allergic reaction. I hope they are better by now but if not, he should be checked.
