can someone please tell me what this is and how to treat it?
i have on my elbow slightly raised above skin level bumps. they don't itch and they arent pimples. i have a photo i can send (though i have no idea how to upload them here).
please advise

Check out information on Granuloma Annulare.
I saw a doctor a year ago for the same thing, and they go away on their own and come back occasionally. My most recent bought has lasted 6 months- they are quite ugly. They are harmless, not sure what causes them. The only way they have been treated successfully before was having my dermatologist inject with steroids.
