can someone please tell me what this is and how to treat it?
i have on my elbow slightly raised above skin level bumps. they don't itch and they arent pimples. i have a photo i can send (though i have no idea how to upload them here).
please advise

Check out information on Granuloma Annulare. I saw a doctor a year ago for the same thing, and they go away on their own and come back occasionally. My most recent bought has lasted 6 months- they are quite ugly. They are harmless, not sure what causes them. The only way they have been treated successfully before was having my dermatologist inject with steroids. Hope this helps.
