10 YO/W/M with a red, semicircle rash under bottom lip. started out as red and dry. Tried home creams and even some prescription ones. Edges looked as though they had been "picked at". Area now has a few pimple like areas in center (white, not yellow) any suggestions?

Hello, This could be a spreading bacterial infection such as impetigo. This is caused by staph or strep bacteria and it spreads. You may need to see a doctor for antibiotic treatment. Meanwhile use good hygiene, don't pick and try to avoid contamination of others by using caution in close associations.
Best wishes.
