I know this sounds weird but this just happened recently it is in the creases of my arm pits one arm is worse than the other . it is a lightish brown color it looks like my arm pits are dirty unless you look closely i want to make an appt to see a dermatologists but i wanted to see if anyone had any ideas what it could be . thanks

Hello, This could be a buildup of dead skin cells. You could try exfoliation and a product containing lactic acid would be recommended for this.
