I have a few pimples on my head underneath my hair and I am not sure how I should get rid of them. I break out really easy and have sensetive skin.

Hello, This is actually very common and caused by plugged oil glands. Clean but don't scrub the scalp daily and apply some salicyllic acid. Don't squeeze and try to avoid products like gels that have a oil base (mineral oil would possibly be a listed ingredient). If this does not help you can see a dermatologist who may prescribe something stronger.
Best wishes.
