I get painful splits on my finger tips, I work in a factory and my hands get drained of their moisture, I've tried lotions and they just don't work, what can I do?

Hello, This is a common problem. You should try to find a thick cream such as Eucerin as opposed to lotion. Rub this in generously every night. You could also use a moisturizing ointment such as Aquaphor if this is available in your area. It comes in a small tube and could be with you to apply whenever you get a break. If this is not available, try petroleum jelly. These products serve as a protective coating and wounds heal better after a few days when used.
Best wishes.
