I am a 15 year old male and I have loads of tiny red specks/dots all over my arms and chest. They look like tiny insect bites. They aren't painful but I want to know what I should do about it. Have you any suggestions?

Hello,It is very difficult to give any specfic diagnosis with the in put given. It would be important to know the time duration from the onset and associated symptoms like joint pains, bleeding etc.It may be miliaria rubra a kind of heat rash in an acute onset and small angiomas if it has been persisting for long.If associated with fever, joint pains need medical attention to rule out purpura relating to blood vessel inflammation.
