my sister has some strange type of dandruff on elbows for last 7-8 yrs........she is 13 nw.......please prescribe some cream to put on her elbows so that she can get rid of it. thanks.

Hello, If it is mostly due to very dry skin or eczema, she might get relief from daily applications of Cetaphil or Eucerin Cream (not the lotion; it's not as good). If this doesn't help, she should probably see a dermatologist.
