Question: I have a large indentation across both my upper thighs

 musebeneath - Thu Oct 22, 2009 3:13 pm

I lost some weight and noticed these indent they are very noticeable even when wearing jeans. They have gotten deeper they have been there for about 3 months and show no signs of leaving. There is no pain with it but it is very embarrassing is there something I can do about this? Also I am not over weight but I do have a large lower body ( big hips etc)

User avatar Hello,
Perhaps this is something that could be helped with muscle toning. You might join a gym and get a consultation for exercise that might improve it. Sometimes fat distribution is hard to control and this is when people resort to cosmetic surgery. If you don't believe it is due to your body changing with weight loss and worry about something else you should see your doctor.

Best wishes.
