Question: red marks on my face from eyeglass imprint

 Katie Pills - Wed Oct 28, 2009 10:15 am

Hi,

I have been wearing these eyeglasses in the last year that I have noticed have put red imprints on the bridge of my nose. Are these marks permanent? How can I get rid of them once I have adjusted my eyeglasses nose piece?

Thank you kindly for your help.

User avatar Hello,Once the pressure is relieved the pigmentation caused by pressure slowly returns back to normal. No specific treatment except may be nosepads to prevent injury would be helpful.Depigmenting cremes are best avoided and let the nature take over in getting back the normal skin.Ok?
