Hello,You could be having a sensitization reaction to drugs possibly applied locally.Neomycin sensitization is well known so do host of other drugs.A sun reaction photodermatitis could cause reactions too.Nickel dermatitis has this area for reactions. The best solution would be to undergo a patch testing to find the cause and get treated.Demodex is a parasite on the skin again causing papules around the face and could be treated with metronidazole creme if found so.Wishing you speedy recovery.
