Hello,Your history does not give much clues however from the fact that they are dry, allover the body, and recurrent indicates the possiblity of Tinea Versicolor caused by a yeast like fungus. These have dry brawn coloured areas flush with the skin and cause minimal itching. These have a predilection to the chest and the back. These are also common in people who tend to sweat more. Antifungal cremes and lotions are the mainstay in therapy.Good nutrition and moderate exposure to sunlight are necessary to prevent recurrences. Best wishes.
