Hello,
in the last months I get bright, whitish spots around the eyes. What is this? What can be done to remove them?
Thank you very much!

Hello, The description given by you favour the diagnosis of Milia. These are tiny retention cysts of small vellus hair follicles. They are variants of epidermoid cyst containing Keratin and localised near the eye lids, cheeks and forehead. This can also occur after abrasions and skin trauma. They are benign. Treatment would consist of incision and expression of the contents. Laser ablation is also useful. Do get yourself examined, confirmed and get treated for the same.
Best Wishes.
