The condition of my skin on my face is a big problem. It is dry, full of large pores, and develops skin tabs. I have changed the cosmetics I use, and no foundation cream is absorbed into my skin

Hello,These pores are the opening of the pilosebaceous follicle which lets out the sebum. Why do pores get enlaged in some?Though there are no direct answer, this may be related to genetic factors,Ultraviolet exposure, ageing of the skin, hormonal factors reducing the sebum level thus contributingto dryness.Retinoic acid cremes, gycolic acid peels, sunscreens are the treatment modalities. About skin tags- obesity, diabetes, low risk papllioma virus, and friction all could predispose. These are benign and can be removed by a dermatologist.Do consult and get treated. With best wishes.
