I HAVE TRIED PICKING AT THEM AND THEY ARE JUST VERY HARD, THEY don't COME OFF THEY HAVE NO PUSS THAT COMES OUT THEY don't HURT OR ITCH BUT THEY ARE VISSUALLY UNATTRACTIVE AND THEY ARE GROWING IN NUMBERS AS IM AGING?? WHAT COULD THIS BE???

User avatar Hello,The picture you have described would be consistent with syringomas. These are benign and only of cosmetic significance.Commonest site is below the eyes and occur on both sides. They are multiple and could be felt deep. These can be mistaken for milia,Acne, and other rarer conditions.A visual examination and biopsy in some would settle the diagnosis.
Cautery,cryotherapy,Dermabrasion,laser are the cosmetic treatments.
Do get the diagnosis confirmed before any treatment.
Best wishes.
