User avatar Hello,
the pictures that you have enclosed and the history of your autistic brother having similar lesions give a fairly correct diagnosis of scabies. This condition is mistaken many a times for eczema. Though, perhaps you have had bouts of eczema, what you have right now is caused by a parasite called Sarcoptes scabeii and this causes severe itching in the night. this condition spreads within the family and sometimes in the community like hostels. mall children can easily pick up the infection. The important finding here is that the infection is more common between the webs of fingers, breasts, abdomen, genitalia, and the thighs.
The treatment recommended is permethin cream applied all over the body below the neck and washed after 8 hours. This is to be repeated after one week. However, since you have a autistic brother, it is best treated by your family doctor.

Best Wishes.
