When I was about 19 years old I noticed a small bump on my head. I went to the doctor and he told me it was nothing to be alarmed about, it was just a sebaceous cyst. I had it removed anyhow. It came back about a year later, and I had it removed again.
Over the past 10 years I have noticed more sebaceous cyst's on my body. I have multiple cyst's on my legs, one on my stomach, one on my head, one on my arm, and one on my back by my waist. They are not deep, they all feel like their right on the top surface of my skin.
I've heard of people having a couple cyst's, but should I be alarmed that I have so many?
They never hurt, and never bother me. I'm just worried about the amount of cyst's that I have.
Is this something to worry about, or am I just worrying over nothing?
Also is their sometihng I can do to get rid of them without surgery, or how to avoid getting anymore?

The definitive management of sebaceous cysts is operative removal. If the removal is incomplete (a part of capsule is left behind) then the cyst might recur. There is no need of getting alarmed if you have multiple sebaceous cysts but have a bllod sugar done because if you are diabetic then these cysts have more chances f getting infected.
