My wife has a stinging sensation on her legs after she takes a shower?? any ideas why, she has tried creams to ease it, but they do not help.

are there lesions/rashes on her legs? can you give a description of it (is the affected site red, with pus or discharges, etc)? aside from stinging, does it itch? does she use strong soaps/body wash? in the meantime she can use a mild hypoallergenic soap (baby soap will do) so that less irritation occurs.

Hi thanks for reply, no she has no rashes or lesions, and no redness, she uses very mild soap, and they don't itch, just a stinging sensation wish is really uncomfortable for about 15 minutes after showering

hi
on the same subject, whenever i have a shower i always start itching afterwards, and lately this has starting to occur even when i go swimming in the local pool.It is really annoying,no rashes appear or any spots, but i get this itchiness on my legs mostly, arms and sometimes chest.I use a very mild soap, but even when i use no soap this still happens. Some clues about why this happens would be really helpful since its realllly annoying and has been going on for some time now. Thanks alot
