36 w/f diabetic insulin lantus glucophage why is it when i eat carbs sugar level is better then with eating healthy i eat a salad sugar 250 eat pizza 120-100 its kinda confusing to me i like eating healthy but it makes my sugars high is there something else to take please help with this thank you

 You may need a dosage adjustment to you diabetic medication. I would bring this to your doctor's attention.
