Hi, I am a 28 year old female with a strong family history (both grandmothers) of diabetes. For the past few months I have noticed that I am extremely tired all the time which is really not the norm for me. I have also noticed that I am really thirsty, especially through the night. I get very dizzy and lightheaded when I don't eat, but I feel even worse when I do eat. I really don't like going to the Dr. but I will if it seems bad enough. Thanks.

Hello,
I think if you have been feeling like that for months, then you should pay a visit to the doctor. Although you are at risk of diabetes, it could be many other things from anemia, to symptoms of depression or something more serious.
Best regards,
