Question: High nuetrophils, low eosinophils, and low tsh

Hi, I am a 21 yr old female and my doctor is sending me to an endo because of these lab results...high huetrophils, low eosinophils, and low TSH. Are the all related? What do they mean?

I forgot to add that also my lymp was low.
