my daughter 1month old have Hypoglycemia and want to know how to treat it and what to look for when her sugar get low

Hypoglycemia in a one month old can be a sign of many things, some of which can be severe, others less concerning. Your daughter needs to be evaluated by her pediatrician and probably an endocrinologist.
Depending on the cause of the hypoglycemia, the treatments vary.
I recommend she see her pediatrician as soon as possible to address this issue.
