My 42 year old husband, who's in very good health, has, over the past year, begun growing body hair where there had been very little (on his legs and chest), frequently has erections during the day, and would like to have intercourse whenever possible. We've only been together for a year and, due to our jobs are often separated. When we're together we have sex several times a day. This comes after both of us being pretty much celebate for several years before getting together. Do you think his recent changes are due to his finally being with a partner who's as enthusiastic as he is or do you think there may be an underlying medical issue? Thank you for your input.

A second puberty is really not possible. I suspect that your husband's "condition" is normal and related to now being married as you have suggested.
If there are concerns, his doctor can test hormonal levels to see if there is something else going on.
Best wishes.
